The Green View Pattaya is a budget serviced apartment and an excellent for any money conscious monger looking to stay short or long term in Pattaya.
With 39 well equipped guest rooms, you’d be forgiven for expected a low quality accommodation for the price (starting at under $30 per night), but this clean and well kept residence is actually rather modern and tastefully decorated.

Sat down a quiet alley just of Walking Street, you’re at the epicenter of Pattaya nightlife and the ladyboy loving world. Bars, clubs, restaurants, and lots and lots of ladyboys can be literally found at your doorstep.

Facilities + Highlights:

There are no communal facilities to speak of, other than a laundry service, but that helps you understand the low price of the rooms. You are surrounded by bars and restaurants, and plenty of things to see and do.

Walking Street, soi 15.

The Encore is a cheap and cheerful option for those who like to party long into the night. There are several cheap hotels around Walking Street and further afield but this is a pretty safe, ladyboy friendly option.

Location wise you're just off Walking Street and the place to be late in the evening and where the bulk of Pattaya's ladyboys head after midnight.

Facilities and highlights:

Don't expect much facilities wise for a hotel in this budget range, though you will find a small pleasant bar and restaurant by the lobby.

R-Con Blue Ocean

Soi Buakaow, Close to Action Street

The R-Con Blue is a surprisingly cheap hotel in a decent location. The rooms are fairly spacious, more like suites than cramped hotel rooms, including glass wall showers, small kitchenette, and sofa. The downside is it's lose proximity to Action Street and Blue Ratanee beer bars, meaning it can be noisy at night, especially on the lower floors.

Location wise it's pretty good, on soi Buakaow next to Action Street, so a 1 minute walk to Sensations Bar and Happiness Star Bar, with the rest of the Buakaow bars and Walking Street just a 10 minutes stroll away.

Facilities and highlights:

It's not exactly rich with facilities but it does have a nice pool, which is a rarity for a budget hotel.

Soi LK Metro, Off Soi Buakaow

It's hard to find a reliable low budget room on soi Buakaow, unless you are happy to stay in a guest house (often this scares of the less outgoing ladyboy fanatics). Unlike the many guest houses in the area Pasadena lodge has a for more spacious and laid-back vibe.

Location wise Pasadena Lodge is on the lively soi LK Metro, with a line up of jumping gogos and girly bars right on it's doorstep, and several popular ladyboy venues a 2 minute walk away (Fantasy Lounge, Baby Boom, Nidcha, Pook Swan..).

Facilities and highlights:

There are no real facilities to write home about but the hotel does have a rather cool and comfortable lobby area, with lots of chillout seating.

Soi Diamond, off Walking Street

One of Pattaya's best known hotels, the Diamond Hotel is a popular budget choice for those looking to be surrounded by the bright lights of Walking Street. Don't expect any luxuries or much style, instead you'll find fairly basic, but comfortable and clean digs.

Location wise you're right at the heart of the late night action, with some of Pattaya's wildest gogo bars right at the hotel entrance and the bright lights (and beautiful ladyboys) of Walking Street 10 steps away.

Facilities and highlights:

Despite the hotels limits in luxury you will find a fairly OK pool and small fitness room.

We don't have the official guest policy but this is very much a hotel aimed at the single gentleman and you should have no problems bringing back a ladyboy or 3.
